• Real Estate Limited Partnership

    A "real estate limited partnership" is a limited partnership formed to invest and hold real estate. The partnership decisions are made the by the general partners and the limited partners are passive investors. Properly constituted limited partnerships have flow through taxation, with only one level of tax at the partner level.
