Credit Card

A "credit card" is a plastic card that can be used to buy goods and services on credit. The credit card issuer then bills the user of the card on a monthly basis for charges incurred under the credit card. Failure to pay charges under the credit card on a timely basis often results in additional fees or charges being owed.
